Notes: As the pictures show, this is a high quality Herkimer Diamond gemstone.
It has all the usual features of a quality Herkimer crystal; double terminations, excellent clarity and definition. Additionally, two right activation window facets are present. One is eye visible (shows in picture above), the other needs a loupe. A window facet is recognized as an extra diamond shaped facet on a crystal. When the window slants left or right, it is considered an activation window. It's not the direction of the slant that defines right or left, but the side of the main facet to where the window sets. The metaphysical use for this type of gemstone is to activate and increase performance of the right brain function. I've also seen it called a "time link". The right activation window is said to be a time link to the future.
Internally, this Herkimer Diamond has a wispy inclusion in the center, adding an occasional glimmer of color. The inclusion can be seen in several of the pictures.
It is a high quality Herkimer Diamond gemstone with strong personality.
