Length: 32.75 mm
Width: 25 mm
Depth: 15 mm
Notes: A double terminated crystal gemstone with 2 types of termination points - 1 traditional point and 1 chisel, or flat tip. A common termination point occurs when six faces (or facets) join together to form a point. An alternate is when the facets come together with a flat edge. This is not as common, and referred to as a chisel tip. Both tips show in 2 of the pictures above.
Most of the internal fractures are healed, however one does surface. Some trapped dolomite dust gives this area a smoky look and can be seen in the left picture below.
Rainbows show from several faces.
A tiny baby crystal rests on one of the faces; it shows best with a loop. It does not show in the pictures.
Very minimal external blemishes are present, more than 90% of the crystal gem stone has smooth facets.
