When two crystals grow together, sharing much of the same symmetrical growth area, and terminate seperately, it is called twinning. This quartz crystal, with three termination tips, is a good example. The pictures show it well.
This specimen also has golden healer properties. The mineral iron oxide gives golden healer crystals their color. The iron can be a thin external coating, as in the case of this crystal, or internal. As it's name suggests, it is stone to use in all healing situations. All healing levels as well, including the spiritual. When present externally, the iron oxide can be removed.
While there is much internal growth occurrences in this quartz crystal, the facets and terminations are smooth and sharp. An interesting twinned crystal.
