A great trio of Herkimer Diamonds. Sizes and descriptions from pictures top to bottom:

  • A 25x14x11 mm double terminated crystal. One point is clear and sparks rainbows. Black hydrocarbon, also referred to as anthraxolite, is present internal and external.
  • The pictures of this 28.5x20.5x14 mm gem are deceptive. The touch of iron oxide present no way is as strong as the pictures reflect. The gem is very pale gold in person. It has good clarity and glitters pastel colors.
  • The 26x19.5x13.5 mm Herkimer is pictured below. This highly reflective, partly cloudy/ partly clear gemstone photographed shyly. It has a yin-yan look to it, sharp termination points and great rainbows.

Each of the Herkimer Diamonds have their own personality.
