Payment Information

Payments accepted via:

• Credit Card orders are accepted via Paypal. Simply order with the "Add to Cart" link located on the page of the crystal you wish to order. Paypal membership is not required. International orders can be purchased with a credit card, Paypal will offer International shipping options.
• Certified checks and money orders (US banks only, allow additional days for funds to clear)
• Personal checks (allow additional days for funds to clear, US banks only)

Check or Money Order, ordering via eMail

If you prefer to pay for your order with (cash, check or money order):

• Email, us with the grade, size and price of the crystal you would like to order. If you are familiar with "cut & paste", you can paste the web page url address in your email.
• When we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation invoice and a mailing address for payment.
• Crystals ordered via email will be placed in a "pend status" for 7 days awaiting payment.

Domestic United States Shipping

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Buyer pays shipping:

You should know:

• Correct shipping charges are automatically calculated with Paypal.
• Orders over $200.00 will require a signature.
• Orders are shipped twice a week via US Postal Service. Let us know if it's a rush order.
• We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect Paypal addresses. A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of all orders that includes the 'ship to' address. Please reply if this address is incorrect.

International
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Buyer pays shipping:

You should know:

• International orders paying with a credit card, use the Paypal "Add to Cart" links on the site.
  • Two shipping choices will be offered:
    • Standard USPS Shipping - Shipping time varies according to USPS, no insurance is available. Orders over $125.00 will automatically ship Priority.
    • Priority USPS Shipping - Orders include a tracking number and insurance. A 7-10 day delivery time. Correct shipping will be calculated.
  • We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect Paypal addresses. A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of all orders that includes the 'ship to' address. Please reply if this address is incorrect.
  • Paypal may not be available in all countries. A money order drawn on a US bank will be required to order (see below).
• International orders, without a credit card please email your order.

  • Specify Standard or Priority Shipping. Orders over $125.00 USD require Priority shipping.
